by:

• revealing and reflecting their own true brilliance
• assisting in restoring health and vitality
• creating career and income opportunities
• teaching principles of the Law of Attraction
• providing opportunities for contribution and abundance
• empowering women to work together to end the epidemic
  of obesity in 10 years in the United States, and 25 years in
  the rest of the world.

Lovely, Lively and Lean Programs include:

Programs to coach, teach, instruct, and support women
in realizing their own brilliance and power, and return
them to health and vitality, including the attainment
of their ideal weight.

Opportunities for women to experience empowerment,
and learn leadership skills through participation at all
levels of the Lovely, Lively and Lean programs.

To provide career direction, education, instruction
and certification for becoming Spiritual Energy Health
Coaches licensed to teach and lead Lovely, Lively
and Lean Programs.

To provide additional income for women participating
in the development and outreach of Lovely, Lively and
Lean Programs through referral and affiliate programs.

To contribute a portion of every dollar earned through
Lovely, Lively and Lean Programs to nonprofit organizations
serving women in the country and throughout the world.

To offer Lovely, Lively and Lean services to all
women regardless of ability to pay and regardless
of race, color, creed, religion, nationality, etc. No
one will be turned away.
